This is the sequel to My Father is a Warlock blog post on April 14, 2020. I encourage you to read this story first. The beginning is just as good as the ending.
This 90lb beautiful girl had to be carried by three people out of the service as the demon(s) continued to throw her small frame in every direction biting, spitting, and screaming profanities at the church crowd.
Friends helped Aimiti behind the only wall we had in our village church where I met her to find out why the demons had returned. "In Jesus Name, I command you to be silent demons," I said calmly, and Aimiti regained control of her body.
Tears began to flow like a river down her face as I watched her cold hard expressions of hate and anger return to the sweet Aimiti that I knew. She realized what happened. Shame, fear, and regret rang loud in her voice as she explained what happened less than eight hours ago.
Aimiti returned home after finding freedom, salvation, and hope to share all that God had done with her parents. God delivered her from all the demons she had been housing since she was a little girl. Her father who was a warlock was not happy, as he could see a physical difference in Aimiti's appearance. The curses he placed upon her were gone and her constant demonic companions had left. Angry he began to hurl curses and call the demons to return. She could see the demons rush in like a whirlwind to take possession once again.
Aimiti remembered as a Christian that she was more powerful than the demons and she commanded them to leave in Jesus' Name. Sure enough, they left but only for a short time. In the middle of the night, she was awakened as they revisited her to do what only demons do....lie and create fear. Aimiti explained, "The demons told me that because my father promised me to them when I was born, then they had a right to live in me." No words had to be spoken and no rituals were performed. Out of fear, Aimiti received in her heart what the demons said and just like that the door flung open. The demons staked their claim on her spirit once again.
How can this be?
God created us with a Will. He created us to worship Him, but has not forced us to worship Him. God created us to have a choice. He wants us to choose to worship Him and have a relationship with Him.
Would you rather someone love you because they made you or love you of their own free Will? Exactly....love that is freely given is true love. Love that is forced is slavery and not love at all. The only thing you have to do to receive this true love is "believe" in your heart that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins and receive Him as your Savior.
Having this free Will also gives us an option to not receive God's love and instead believe the lies of the enemy. The choice is made the same way- through what we choose to believe.
That's what Aimiti did in the middle of the night. She had a choice to continue to believe God who saved her from the demons less than a week ago or believe the lies of satan/demons.
Aimiti never wanted the demons to return which is why she came to my village looking for me. She knew that I could help her once again. The good news of God is still more powerful and He forgives. We prayed together, she asked for forgiveness for believing the lies of the enemy, told the demons to leave, and they did.
"If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
Following the church service, we accompanied Aimiti home to meet her parents. As we drove into their driveway her father and mother emerged from their home. I'm sure the demons didn't want us to enter the home and clear them all out too. Haha....
We asked permission for Aimiti to spend a few extra days with us, to which they agreed, where we encouraged and strengthened Aimiti in her faith.
